Rotating shift 6.00am – 2pm/2.00pm – 10pm
Experience in warehouse or plant operations – mechanical finishing essential, using hand pallet trucks and/or Forklift truck licenses would be an advantage.
Preferably within the print or associated industry.
Practically minded with a technical/mechanical aptitude and willing and able to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge.
Manual dexterity in relation to packing and taping of items/ability to use glue and tape guns.
Sound communication, and relationship building skills across all levels.
Open to changing environment based on market conditions and business requirements.
Willingness to work, gain experience and execute all processes in production.
Forward thinking with an appreciation of LEAN principles.
Demonstrated willingness to question as-is to find process improvements and efficiency.
Sound IT skills e.g. MS Office, Internet etc.
